Standard Full Body Workout
You will receive a printable, easy to follow, Standard Full Body Workout plan.
The Full Body Workout is a list of different exercises per body part that will tone your entire body and promote fat loss. It includes number of sets and repetitions to be performed for each exercise and a column for writing in the weight you used for each exercise so that you can keep track of your progress. The exercises listed can be performed in a gym and some can be performed at home.
PLEASE NOTE: the Full Body Workout is a standard list of exercises per body part and is NOT intended for you to perform all of the exercises listed in one workout session but rather over different workout sessions on different days.
